Summary: A third year middle school student, Futami Nozomi moves back to the town where he was born while his father is transferred abroad and his mother passed away. He starts to live in Soriniji Temple with his relatives. One of his reasons in returning to the town was that his twin childhood friends, Kaoruko and Sumireko Ichijou, made a promise they they would marry him when they grew up. In the town, there's a legend about twin girls falling in love with the same man. The man understood and shared their feelings yet he was unable to choose between the two and ended up not choosing any. That legend was said to be the cause of many female twins being born in the area. Futami meets 6 pairs of twins and every single one of them end up having some type of affection for him.
